So, if it's been a year, you should see a reproductive specialist or infertility doctor. But if you have endo and have never had excision surgery, that's step one. Reproductive specialists don't know enough about endo to do surgery. And excision surgery decreases pain while increasing fertility and the odds of successfully carrying a pregnancy to term. Acupuncture can help, but if it's been a year, it's time to see an excision surgeon and infertility doctor
Nancy's Nook is a good resource. It has two links now. On Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/groups/NancysNookEndoEd/) or a separate site (https://nancysnookendo.com/). Lots of articles and a list of excision surgeons. I'm not sure where you are or I would give you names if I'm familiar with surgeons near you!
I’ll leave a resource list I made of stuff about endo I've found helpful over the years. Other users have said it helped too. It covers things from endo basics to excision surgery to diet and wellness. I also have a few articles on infertility. Also, I try to update it but it doesn’t always save changes, so I put updates in the comments. Other users have shared links there too, so check those out. Let me know if I can do anything. Happy to help however I can.
