Members shared mixed experiences with turmeric supplements for managing endometriosis flare-ups, with some finding minimal relief and others noting that turmeric combined with ginger helped primarily with bowel movements rather than pain. Several members emphasized that turmeric and ginger can act as natural laxatives, which some found helpful for constipation but others felt aggravated their endo pain. A recurring theme was the variability in supplement quality and potency across brands, alongside suggestions to also try omega supplements, ginger tea, and dong quai for additional support.

I take tumeric and omega and they help very much. Also, ginger tea and dong quai are helpful.

I tried them briefly but I did not think it helped much. Problem with herbal supplements is that there’s no regulation so I feel that each brand may also vary in potency. Hope this help.

If you are constipated I definately suggest it! I found the brand Qunol(?) that was a tumeric and ginger mix... made me go all the time and worked better than a laxative!

I heard too much ginger can result in frequent trips to the bathroom. I don't mind because i get constipated often.
I mix fresh turmeric ginger lemon and apple as a drink quite often. I don't buy the capsules i think it gives a slight relief for inflammation

I have been on a tumeric and ginger supplement and it honestly only makes me go number two a lot.... which sometimes aggravates endo pain. Xo
