Yes, I did try it for six months. I honestly didn't see a difference. But others have, I honestly think it depends on how dedicated you are too it.

I tried to do it for a month just to see the difference. I noticed a major difference in pain and bloatedness. Again, it has to be a lifestyle change. Takes a lot of hard work. But is definitely possible! ๐Ÿ’š

I've done an anti inflammatory diet before, just to see what it entailed. I did notice a substantial difference with bloating. Went down tremendously. I had a list of foods that my chiropractor gave me that I was seeing at the time. It gave infomation on what items are considered inflammants. But, I wasn't able to stick to it. Definitely need a support group. So wonderful idea. I can't remember that well. But I'm highly sure it helped with reoccurring pain as well. Just had a hard time finding ways to actually feel full. And other tips and tricks. I do wish you the best of luck. And this is something I would be interested in trying. I'm researching diet and nutrition at this time for endo.
