Electric Blanket Recommendations

Hello

I was looking at electric blankets online. Is it a good idea to buy one? I used to have one but that was a long time ago. I want one for this winter when it gets really cold at night. What is the best make of electric blanket and why? Tell me about your favourite electric blanket and safety tips too. Recommendations wanted many thanks in advance. Ideally the electric blanket needs to be a portable one and easy to plug in as well

Just dont have any liquid near it or forget to turn it off when not in use.
ive heard too many horror stories about electric blankets, although i did use to have one when i was younger, they was great for the winter as i feel the cold alot, but i wont have one now i got my kids running around x

I bought mine at Macy's. And they now have an auto turn off mechanism after 8 or 10 hours. I grew up with electric blankets. They are the absolute BEST and also act as a heating pad does.

QVC and HSN will also have them and you can pay for them over time. I also recommend the Sunbeam brand.
