Does anyone else suffer from chronic back pain but u cant really tell where the pain is or if its your kidneys? Also, is dehydration normal? I keep having to go onto iv drips for it. Spent a lot of time in hospitals but tests always comes out clear.
Yeah back pains is part of endo
Yeah also endo can mess with your kidneys. I have kidney reflux (meaning urine backs up into them) and the Dr thinks it's probably caused my endo. She will see when she gets in there. If that is the issue they can put stents in for it. That's the plan for me at least. But that doesn't necessarily mean that's the cause of your back pain. You could just have back issues too. I go to the chiropractor every once in a while and it does wonders. It feels so good to have that pressure taken off your spine. I hope you feel better soon. Good luck.
Oh, and try magnesium. It helps loosen me up if my back is feeling a bit stiff before bed. It's a natural muscle relaxer.
@A MyEndometriosisTeam Member thanks for this. I feel like i can relate to all of what you said. I have always suffered with infections that never go away and also had kidney stones a few years back. So i do know its my kidneys just not sure whats going on with them. I also did many back and spine adjustments so i know i dont have any back issues thankfully. My mum always tells me magnesium is good i actually have a whole big bottle. Im gonna go get it right now! Im supposed to go for a lap again actually but im still suffering with my last incision site and its been 5 years ago. As soon as i have a flare it starts. So im not sure what to do. I know i have to go to get some definite answers on whats going on. But for now i will be taking my magnesium ;) hope u having a better day thn me
What doctor havent i seen is the better question? I feel like we all come on here to see what others have or know and try and help ourselves most of the time. Doctors dont want to help much these days. Healthcare where i am isnt that great even if you a private patient. They treat u the same sadly so. @A MyEndometriosisTeam Member
Are you seeing a kidney doctor?
