How to know safe periods as I don’t get periods because of medicine (Vissanne)?

My doctor says I always have healthy egg in my ovary. Normally 4-5 days before and after periods are safe periods.
How should I find my safe days as I don’t get periods. Please suggest.

Vissane acts as a contraceptive but its not 100% safe, if it happens you fall pregnant while on vissane, you will be advised to stop taking vissane immediately.

You not allowed to take vissane and contraceptive at the same time. If you on vissane and dont want to risk falling pregnant its best to condomise.
