Ive been really emotional one minute i cant stop crying the next im feeling angry and frustrated the im back to crying,i really wish i could find a way to deal woth tjese emotions. I would really appreciate any tips or experiences anyone else has experienced.

Oh no ho! When I took Synarel, I had not flashes and was shaking and like you angry and crying. Our bodies are being put into medical menopause. The symptoms will subside once your body acclimates.
Please be certain to watch for joint and bone pain which may be permanent and get DEXA (bone density scans) to be sure you don't get osteoporosis.
One thing I liked about Synarel is it's a nasal spray. The day it's stopped is the day it's out of the body.
