I’m looking into other ways to help cope with the pain and was wondering if anyone has tried this or knows anything about it?

@A MyEndometriosisTeam Member Thank you for getting back to me! I’ll definitely look into the tens unit. Never heard of it so thank you!

its basically just a tens unit, I have a tens unit and ive tried it for endo pain, sometimes it helps when I have cramps. I think buying a tens unit is cheaper and you can use it on other parts of your body. I think it helps my back and hip pain more than my pelvic pain.

If your going to pelvic floor physical therapy they should have a tens unit you could ask them to try it, so you can see if it works before buying one
