Endo symptoms after partial hysterectomy

Can anyone tell me what if any symptoms they’ve had after having a partial hysterectomy. I still have both ovaries but had my uterus and Fallopian tubes removed. Can you have a hormonal imbalance even if you have your ovaries still?

I had a total hysterectomy last month and I only have left inside of me is my ovaries and my hormones are not balanced .
