After having been on a variety of different hormonal birth controls and dealing with all of the emotional effects, I have decided to go off of it and look to alternative treatment options. I am currently trying magnesium spray to help a small bit as well as normal NSAIDs. I recently ordered Endo-Ex from Native Remedies due to some great reviews. Has anyone tried this product?
