I agree magnesium is helpful, also watch your iron if you are having heavy periods.
Omega 3 is good to reduce inflammation and pain.
I started taking quercetin with bromelian for allergies, but have found it very helpful for some of the Endo related digestion issues and bloat. It has also reduced the daily pelvic discomfort, however it is not enough for period and ovulation pain.

Fish oil and iron! My dietitian recommended both and I’ve actually noticed a lot of improvements since starting them.
