Just found out my iron is too high...no dietary explanation. Likely related to a build up of endometrial lesions and endometrioma.
Does anyone have tips on eating an anti-inflammatory diet while keeping iron low. It seems like much of the endometriosis information focuses on anemia.
My serum iron is high, the Dr is a big mystified but doesn’t think it’s because of the endometriosis. Do you have any articles about this connection?
