When I went through pelvic floor PT, I was also experiencing a lot of dryness. My PT recommended using a non scented, water based lubricant, which I was able to purchase through the PT office. She also instructed me to use clear syringes to insert additional lubricant. This helped tremendously with the PT exercises! Even years later, methods that I was taught through pelvic floor PT are still effective with consistently painful sex. If i was not aware of these techniques, I would honestly be fine if I never experienced intimacy ever again.
They tested me for sjogren's and the blood test was negative. Kinda want to see.the sensetivity/specificity for that blood test, though.
