It is to the point that it is aggravting. I work night shift at the hosptial and for the past 6 nights ive been nauseous. Any advice?
I took zofran while pregnant. I was nauseous 24/7 for 7 mos of each pregnancy. I didn't know I had endo then, but I think the endo contributed.
I second the zofran its honestly a life saver. I get 4 mg tabs and cut them in half to just take 2 mg at a time. That way 8 mg lasts a lot longer. I know zofran are long acting but they don't seem to be for me so spacing half doses works pretty well. I hope you find something that helps!
How long have you worked on ght shift?
Ik when i worked night shift endo flares were worse flaring up GERDs i take pepcid AC to help.
I tried ginger. I hate the taste when not pregnant. When I was pregnant it tasted like poison. I did like the prego pops and wore sea bands on my wrists at all times. The sea bands worked well. Forgot to mention them in my prior post.
Do you have zofran? Ginger candy works beautifully for nausea. So does sucking on a lemon if you can believe that.
Chamomile tea and spearmint tea settle my stomach.
What about coke syrup? It has caffeine but works like a charm.
Have you been able to eat anything?
