I had a laparoscopy a week and a half ago and today i started bleeding lightly. Ive had cramps for a few days. This is when my period is due. But from the research ive done i shouldnt be getting it for 4-6 weeks after surgery. Should I be concerned?

Hello,
Light bleeding is normal after laproscopic surgery. I had that too. It may or may not be your period, but either way just monitor it and if it feels worrisome, than talk with your doctor :)

I had the same thing. Should be okay. But if it lasts or gets heavier, call your doctor 🧡
