Hi, I started tracking my pains more closely a few months ago and discovered that they happen every 90 minutes or so and last 15 minutes. I became increasingly amazed at how consistent it was, to the point where when pain started I new it would ease off in 15 minutes. My pain always consists of inflammation, cramping (ovaries), bloating, and nerve pain (lower back), and sometimes nausea/dry heaves.
