Are there certain birth controls that you ladies prefer?

I know this it really general and there’s so many different birth control out there. This whole area is all so new to me with my new/rare diagnosis- Catamenial Pneumothorax. Just was curious what other’s thoughts were

My reproductive endocrinologist suggested that one, but it’s 5 years. Now have you tried the Letrozole shot?
