I’m having this right now. It’s why I searched for an endometriosis support group. My story - fought oain for 2 1/2-3yrs. No one mentioned endometriosis. Wound up in ER twice where they gave me morphine and diagnosed me incorrectly with PID. I was so mad. I knew i didnt have PID. By that point i had googled enough to know it was probably ruptures cyst. My last time in the ER they did emergency lap surgery, took out my left ovary, which had a huge chocolate cyst. Diagnosed with stage 4 endo. My obgyn put me on Depo shot. Which has kept oain at bay for most part. Sometimes in the day or so before its time for my shot i have some pinching which i attribute to remnant ovary syndrome or endo they couldnt scrape off. This time though the pain started 10 days before it was time for my shot. It started lower down several days ago. But as of yesterday and today its pain like you are describing. So EITHER the progesterone just didnt last as long this time and my hormones are whacked out? Or i have pancreatic cancer, because of course i googled every type of cancer today that would be left side pain. (Rolling my eyes. But i did google)
