Endometriosis Question

Hi there,

I had 3 early miscarriages and I have tested positive for bcl6 and cd138 recently. I took antibiotics for cd138 and is cleared now, But my bcl6 is still positive and h-score is 3.8. Does that mean I have endometriosis? I never had endometriosis symptoms. I am not sure what to do
