Glad you are getting tested for POTS. I found out I have POTS and it sucks! I had to increase my water and salt/electrolyte intake. I walk every day to keep myself from deconditioning. I’m on medication for my POTS and it has been a big help!!

Yup! That sounds like POTS! I had a lot of nausea too. Salt is your friend, so eat saltine crackers, Top Ramen, or anything else super salty to help! That helped my nausea and POTS a lot. I always kept a bag of salty chips with me in my purse. Also, try to eat small amounts throughout the day. Eating large meals is hard on your blood pressure when you have POTS. Luckily my POTS is in remission now, but I saw a study that women that have POTS are way more likely to have endometriosis, so there might be a correlation or causation.

Also does your feet turn purple when sitting or standing to long (over half hr) do your hands also turn purple in shower when your not cold???

If im walking around house or up longer than 10-15 min my heart races and pounds highest heart rate at home was 126 i bloat like crazy and get clammy too. I can't exercise anymore it's to much. I don't eat much either because of nausea.
