Ovulation 1-2days of intense one sided abdominal pain on top of back pain and muscle spasms. Then a week to 10day before my period my body feels as if I have been beaten with a bat all over, my legs get covered in random bruises, I feel like I have the flu and will start throwing up or get a really sore throat. I am extremely tired and getting fed up living this way! Please give any advice. Vitamins make me puke.

Ovarian cysts might be partially responsible. They can definitely cause nausea. Not much they can do for them unless they are 'big'. Then will drain or remove them. Mine have been doing pretty much exactly what you described above except I do not get a lot of bruising but I feel bruised. Everything hurts to touch from the knees up to my bellybutton. I usually describe this as 'feels like I've been run over by a truck.' My doctor finally mentioned that maybe mine is an endometrioma, but who knows without surgery. You should get it checked out because it's possible a cyst may be rupturing or creating torsion if your symptoms are really bad.

Not sure what would cause the sore throat other than the vomiting- which i used to do nightly. Part of the issue was GERD. I woudk get strep often and starting boiling water or use bottled water to brush teeth/ drink. That seemed to help. Hoewver it seems my vomiting has slowed down since scar tissue has been removed.
Your problems could be totally different from mine thougg. I hope you get tonfeeling better and are able to determine the causes.

Id get the intense side pains during ivulation, the back spasms & nausea. Hence, found out both ovaries had to go thanks to endo & scarred tissue gluing my organs apparently was causing the rest.
The bruises i didnt have. I do however bruise easily with anemia(low iron).

I don’t want another surgery. They will want to remove my entire colon and I almost didn’t make it when they took out over a foot of my sigmoid colon.
