You are on the right path! Magnesium does work. It helps you to sleep better and with anxiety. I also took Aleve a few days before my period to prevent inflammation. Walking and yoga is also a great way to produce good happy hormones. Herbal supplements never helped me . Unfortunately endometriosis feeds on estrogen. Wishing you a life free of pain.

I started taking lots of vitamins that help endo pain. Such as magnesium, vitamin A, E and D, and digestive support for about two weeks. So far it has lessened the pain but not taken it fully away. Im also going to start doing yoga with my husband.
