The best pain relief i have ever had with otc meds was actually combining Tylenol and ibuprofen. Sometimes one of each was enough. Sometimes 2+1 was adequate. It was a magical combination. Sadly can't take ibuprofen at all anymore. Turmeric (curcurmin) supplements are good at reducing inflammation (but can cause increased acidity in stomach). I would talk with your doctor if they are advising you on pain meds. Hope you find something that works ❤
