I finally got my lap 3 days ago which confirmed endo. I don't know much beyond that at this stage
However I'm just wondering at the moment if i can get away with not using the compression stockings? They're complete torture. I know they're meant to be tight and that's the point but i can't help but feel I've been given the wrong size - even though she measured for me. They are cutting into points on my leg and causing bruising and deep cut-like marks, plus so so much itching.

I was advised after surgery to wear them for a week. Every pair I have had to wear have never caused any pain or bruising so it definitely sounds like the stockings you’ve been given aren’t good and I’m sorry you’re experiencing this. I would try get someone to get you a better set if possible .
Oh dear. Yes they just don't seem right. I think they must be the wrong size. Tight is one thing but bruising...-!
Not sure what i can do over a weekend. The hospital is half an hour away and theres no one to drive me anywhere, not even a pharmacy. Could try ordering some online but they could be days getting here. I'll have a look to see if Amazon have anything. Thanks xx
