Has Anyone Tried The Elimination Diet?
Trying to figure out the elimination diet and how it works. A girl I work with told me her sister did it and it really helped her figure out what foods affect her pain!
Same! My friend actually mentioned that diet the other day! I'll look into it!
Girl i know the struggle and im right there with you! Apparently theres a diet they recommend for people with IBS and say it can work for people with endo too! Its called the low-FODMAP diet if you wanna look it up! I feel like at this point i need a dietician lol
Girl I never imagined how difficult it would be not being able to find food that doesn't hurt to eat. I switched to a vegetarian diet around the beginning of the year but it definitely hasn't helped. Raw fruits and vegetables are hard to digest, can't have anything spicy ๐, and I'm thinking I really need to cut out gluten and dairy. Just feels like that doesn't leave anything for me to eat๐ฅด๐ฅด๐ฅด. The only thing that has seemed to help some is a glass of Kifir a day but idk about that cause it's more dairy. My go tos are mashed potatoes and mashed potatoes right now.
Yes me too! It's literally like ANYTHING i eat and its so exhausting ๐ฎโ๐จ๐
I don't know about this but am super interested in that idea cause I know my food is aggravating everything. I just can't seem to find anything that doesn't!
