Hi, I have been on Visanne for two months now. Firstly, my periods got delayed. Then I started experiencing weird abdominal cramps , bloated tummy for 4 days without bleeding. I assumed that it was the medicines side effects. Later after two weeks I started bleeding. The color was brownish-black and it lasted for more than a week. Is it normal to have spotting like this while on visanne? Does that mean my cysts are shrinking or the old blood is clearing out?
