How Do You Manage Your Endometriosis Pain?

I have doctors that keep wanting to prescribe me muscle relaxers and ibuprofen and it’s honestly insulting. IDK what to ask for, but I know it has to be something stronger than Advil and Aleve out there. I’m in unbearable pain every month it affects work, hobbies, etc. I just want a quality of life that doesn’t involve being in pain all the time.

Omg same! My doctor tried prescribing me anxiety meds and muscle relaxers. Thanks but no thanks! I rather not live like a zombie.

What about NORCO or morphine? I know it’s hard bc as a POC, we are not always “believed”. Keep asking for what you need. I’m here for you!
