Needing Advice On What Treatments Actually Work !

Stage 4 endometriosis, adenomyosis, uterine fibroids and ovarian cysts, low blood count, low iron. Next step is either the mirena IUD or a hysterectomy. Any advice ? Stories? Etc? So lost right now.
