It can differ from a day to a week for me! I’ve nearly been sick before too as to be honest in a normal day I struggle to eat 2 meals per day! Don’t worry to much about the scales lovely, it happens 🤍

Yes I get days like that especially when I feel quite fatigued x

Yes I get the same, it differs like you from month to month. Some months I’ve eaten enough to feed a family of 4 in one day!

I was also feeling fatigued, was having periods of extreme fatigue and then insomnia .
Week of hell 😩🤦‍♀️.

Does go on for nearly a week?
I ended up vomiting because I ate so much which is also not a normal thing for me .
🤦‍♀️I don't even want to weight myself to see how much damage I've done 😩.
