I bought from a nurse as was only free for diabetes patients but now it is free if you are over weight and have other things like high BP it's very complex regarding endo as depends where pain comes from mine is umbilical and I get pain on sciatic nerve so reducing my weight has helped bloating somewhat which effects other things x

Hi Heather7!
I felt better after my d&c two weeks ago but after about 9 days my period came and pain has come back. BUT I will say I started using a pregnancy belt to support my pelvic area just by tightening it to take the pressure off of my SI joint (plus I prefer to stay away from drugs as much as possible) and I went from being unable to stand for more than 15 minutes to now I can go at least an hour maybe two! I know that is not a lot but its living vs. not. Also I pushed for answers since I had abnormal bleeding and now going to see an oncologist after they biopsied my endometrium. Also, the endo team did get me an Rx for baclofen and I used this a couple times ONLY when it was so bad I couldn't handle it. I went off any NSAIDs (as well as Advil) that had been prescribed in the past and try to stick to Tylenol because my BP went nuts after I took progesterone with it. How are you feeling lately?

Hi, so true for me too! Have to switch different positions often!
My endo doc sent me to a spine specialist and they did a bunch of expensive tests. Basically felt like i got info i already know...my back sucks.
Still irritated with the endo doc, aren't they supposed to be the ones that don't gas light us??
Hope you find a way to get some relief! Lmk what worked if you do,please 💚

Thank you for sharing! I also suffer from severe lower back pain. I cannot stand in one spot longer than 15 mins…. I also have an umbilical hernia. I started three weeks ago and It wasn’t free for me, I have to pay about $400 OOP for it. I have a BMI of 36 and i constantly feel like my insides are squashing each other… frequently get heartburn.. . I gained about 80lbs over the past three years 💔.
