Y’all have been so helpful! I feel so blessed to have stumbled upon this group! I’ll most likely be purchasing the Herbal Equilibrium and Valerian supplements provided they’re both gluten free!i already take Magnesium for my headaches so great suggestion!!

Loads of vitamin D and Magnesium supplements and cream have been helping my inflammation a bit.
I used to gobble ibuprofen but i have ulcers now. Trying very hard to avoid NSAIDs.
I am in recovery so no pain pills for me 😊

This I've heard works great too.i have not tried it though bc I need to review the ingredients bc of my bleeding disorder there are a lot of natural supplements I can't take.

I actually think valerian root works pretty good for the menopause symptoms too! I had found one that is a foot cream years ago buy now I can't remember what it was and where to find it. Bc I'd rub it on my feet before bed and it helped so much! My mother in law actually had got it for Mr so she's been trying to figure out what it was too.
