Has anyone experience swollen breast or nipple sensitivity/soreness while being on Synarel? Is this common? How long will this side effect last?

It’s only been a week since I’ve started on Synarel but my breasts are so swollen and my nipples are just so painful and really sensitive. I’ve never experienced this before. Is there any remedies that anyone could suggest? I found that wearing a bra hurts, taking it off hurt as well when it rubs on my shirt. :(
