Hysterectomy Surgery
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

I am considering having a Hysterectomy at age 57. I did not go through Menapause yet. I get a period almost every month with terrible pain and heavy bleeding. I also have Irritable Bowel Syndrome. I was on the medication for Orilissa medication for a year last year and needed to come off it. The medication helped me but their are side effects, if you stay on it longer with your bones. Thank you.

Hello sister, ask your doctor about a nerve blocker. It should help with your pain as well depo provera. I have Ibs as well, I only take ib-guard and probotic.
