I use a variety of things for pain, I know I mentioned earlier about my Lifelong Vitality Supplements and MetaPWR, I also take Copaiba internally which is anti-inflammatory, a combination of Lemongrass, Frankincense, Marjoram and Copaiba internally. At least that way I'm not getting the side effects of synthetic medications and upsetting my gutt. I know everyone is different, but personally coming from a world of addiction I try my best to use natural solutions where possible, and what I've found has changed my life.

I took tramadol at night and my doctor suggested Aleve by day... I wish I could remember the does. I think it was twice daily

Yes different supporting solutions but all work together perfectly. If you'd like more info text or call me (Phone number can only be seen by the question and answer creators) I seriously cannot miss a day. If I do then I just can't move

I'll have to look into those! I haven't even heard of them. I tend to steer towards herbal medicines myself as well. Much fewer side effects (if any!) from herbal medicines and you don't have to rely on a doc to have it consistently. Kratom is what really helped me, but I'm starting to find its limits. You said Lifelong Vitality Supplements, MetaPWR and Copaiba right? They're 3 different ones?
