I found alcohol to cause or irritate inflammation. The best thing for my pain is CBD gummies.

Ethanol from alcohol consumption increases aromatase activity (an enzyme that converts androgens to estrogens). Estrogen feeds/fuels endo.

I quit drinking 4 or 5 years ago. My hangovers were getting worse and worse so I started cutting back but then I was starting to feel sick (and just not good in general) while I was drinking. Sometimes after just one drink. It’s been amazing not having hangovers anymore! I don’t need help feeling awful, my body has that covered all on its own! 🫠

I just stay away from indulging any liquor. My Endometriosis is on my left lower abdomen or left of my uterus. Anything that does not agree with me makes me sick, nauseated, have diarrhea and stay painful. And I can feel it work it way right to my left side if it doesn't agree. NOT WORTH THE PAIN. Deal with enough painful days living with this disease.
