I take Endolls regularly - if you haven't heard of it, please Google it. It's a safe and natural supplement to help attack the endo cells without hurting our bodies and it can help with pain, fatigue, and brain fog according to many women. For me it's helped my pain (on ovulation and period)! I also make sure to consume plenty of electrolytes. Because of my weakened immune system I also take vitamin c, d, b, elderberry and zinc when I think I've been exposed to a flu bug.

I take Calcium + D3 (because I am on Visanne and it may reduce bone density), and Vitamin C + Zinc (effervescent tablets).

Vitamin B12- for energy, D2 (prescribed by the doctor and plant based), D3 ( over the counter more from the sun), iron( i do the chews, my stomach doesn’t like pill), prenatals ( because I’m still praying to be a mommy someday), hairnamin ( gummy vitamin for hair growth). Just be careful with your supplements and vitamins, you can over due it and cause yourself more issues. Example you can over due vitamin C or potassium and cause diarrhea. As many knows this is already one of our symptoms, for me it’s usually during my period… also imbalance of potassium (too high of levels) can cause palpitations (heart rhythm issues) … so please consult your doctors before starting and while taking.

Green tea - it inhibits vascular growth (vascular growth feeds the endo lesions). One-two cups/day dialled down my pain levels by 2 to 3 levels (on a scale of ten). It took about 7 days to start working and about the same if I stopped drinking green tea for pain to climb back up again. (Only once did I forget to bring my green tea on a two-week holiday...)
