Hi everyone, I would like to know if there are any cases among you with stage 4 endometriosis, bilateral endometriomas with kissing ovaries and pelvic adhesions, who have achieved a spontaneous pregnancy or through IVF ? I'm just really worried :(

Hi! I saw your post and just wanted to offer some encouragement. I am 30yo with stage IV deeply infiltrating Endo. I have what you’ve described. I’ve had two surgeries, with the excision helping tremendously. This was in January and my Husband and I had been trying to conceive for about a year. I am 5 weeks pregnant, naturally. The Lord has answered our prayers. So there is hope!! Keep trying your best to be healthy, following the anti inflammatory diet and giving yourself rest when needed. Sometimes God has three answers- yes, no and not right now. It will happen at the perfect time!

Hi dear,

In my case, gynecologists have advised against surgery because I have multiple endometriomas on both ovaries, and it could harm my ovarian reserve. As for the pill, I had horrible experiences with it, and it turns out I'm intolerant to estrogen-progestin contraceptives. Additionally, I have a breast adenofibroma, so I cannot take hormones for that either. Each period is a nightmare. I take anti-inflammatories, use ice pads, and have tried some dietary supplements, but I haven't really noticed a difference... Let's hope for a miracle treatment ! Sending hugs, xx.

Hi there! I’ve been diagnosed with kissing ovaries last year and had it removed via keyhole surgery. I’m not trying to conceive, though so my gynae put me on Visanne. How’s your treatment going?
