Oh my gosh, that pain sounds horrible. I’m so sorry! I’m recovering from surgery right now, but before I had pain whenever I was having a bowel movement but that doesn’t compare at all to what you’re experiencing. I don’t have any exercising tips but an electric heat pack always helps me. Is surgery an option to help relieve some pain?
Thank you!! I hope your recovery is going well! I had a total hysterectomy 2 years ago, both fallopian tubes and one ovary removed, I’m really hoping to keep my remaining one even if it is stuck to my bowel 😅 If the cyst gets too big surgery may be an option but I’m seeing a chronic pelvic pain specialist who is supposed to be well versed in endo in September so I’m hoping he has some ideas.
