Yes! Have you had a laporoscopy or any other surgery where a robot or surgeon cut through the bellybutton to get to whatever needed worked on? Mine is 100% linked to scar tissue from surgery. It feels like a really painful string linking my bellybutton to an inner organ. That's the best way I can think to describe it.
