When I was in terrible pain with pressure the ER gave me toradol. It’s an ibuprofen surgical strength pill that they use post surgery to reduce inflammation. It worked sooooooo well. My doctor prescribed in for me again about 2 months later while we were waiting for surgery to help relieve the pressure.

I have heat pads and always sleep with a pillow at my side .. going to look into CBD .. really struggling today 😞 thanks everyone

Yes heat pads or ice packs whichever u feel works best for u at the moment. Holding a pillow stuffed animal or even go buy a body pillow and have it hug u for support that HELPS ME. Take some CBD oil if you can where you live or THC that helps me manage my pain I know it's painful but sometimes forcing yourself to get up and walk 🚶‍♀️ will help u
