My heart goes out to you, it’s like if endometriosis isn’t enough add IC to the mix and it’s just two horrible diseases and so much unnecessary suffering. It’s so sad to me that all these women are suffering and nothing is changing, it’s frustrating! Sending love your way! Women with these conditions are the strongest people I’ve ever seen and known!

I remember my sister use to live off vanilla ice cream lol she said it felt cooling to her insides and it was one of the only things that didn’t cause a flare. Giving up coffee has been a challenge for me but it definitely causes flares 😩 keeping a food journal helps too!

I truly hope you can get some relief! It could be scar tissue or new lesions becoming inflamed when you start ovulating… definitely food and drink have a huge impact on both conditions! I’m still learning food that trigger me and it’s pretty much all my favorite foods 😫 lol

Oh by the way she was diagnosed with endometriosis before the IC.
In my opinion they go hand in hand.

I have both endo and IC which came later on, its not a pretty situation...
