A low gluten and dairy diet helps me alot.
Also a heat pack I have a electric one, if the pain gets bad I dont have to get up and reheat it in the microwave.
I've found that Wild Lettuce works for pain after years of popping ibuprofen like candy! I have chronic gastritis as well and the wild lettuce capsules are safer on my stomach..it has natural properties similar to morphine but with none of the bad effects. You can buy on amazon too. I've tried CBD suppositories heating pads herbal teas 2 surgeries 25 years of horrific pain and this finally takes the edge off !! :)
You know this is going to sound silly but I’ve noticed sitting on the toilet, even if I don’t need to go for pee and poop actually helps provide instant relief. It is so strange that I discovered this recently. I think it is because it helps to relieve some of the pressure in the pelvic area.
