Yes! My 1st 3 OBs all said yea you have all the endo symptoms but no endo but here’s birth control or Orlissa to treat your “non endo”. I got a second opinion at an endometriosis center completely separate from my usual healthcare provider & they looked at my laparoscopy pictures and said yea that’s endo. So unless they are specialist that actually consistently does these exams & surgeries,don’t bother with other OBs who have outdated information.

I was told by my GYN that Endometriosis can only be diagnosed through surgery. Don't know how true that is. I haven't done further research. I found out I had it when I had myomectomy (uterine fibroid cyst removal) surgery.

Refuse that answer babe. The only way to diagnose is through surgery. Find a different gynecologist. Tell the next one you see and be very adamant about wanting the surgery.

They won't do surgery on me as apprently I don't have it
