I’ve had to go to the ER twice this year because my nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain were so severe. Both times I had super high WBC and free fluid in my pelvis. Does avoiding certain foods/drinks prevent this? It’s also a possibility my intestines are attached to my bowels. Please help!!
Please talk to your doctor about having imaging done. I had similar symptoms. My pelvic MRI, pelvic ultrasound and intravaginal ultrasound showed a large endometrioma on my ovary, which was pushing other organs. Symptoms went away after laparoscopic surgery/ excision of the lesions and hysterectomy, kept one ovary -- not saying this is the course for you, but in my case it helped immensely. It was stage 4 endo and my symptoms were severe. Eating lightly and consuming Omegas (I used ground flax seeds), tea like raspberry leaf, ginger, peppermint, may be soothing. Amazon has Sea-Band acupressure wrist bands you can wear when symptoms start. I also tried avoiding rich or heavy meaty foods a week before my period, and eating some wild salmon for the good fats.
I did feel sick like u mentioned but I only got it when I had my period.
I've experienced this during flareups after eating– I was given Zofran as a temporary solution. So sorry about your pain <3
