I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Endo in November 2022 last year. I had laparoscopy surgery. My pain is less and my periods are regular. I was on a treatment called Visanne and had to stop it in April due to nad side effects
This month my period started 4 days earlier and on the 4th day i had extremely bad pelvic pain. I have been feeling light headed and nauseous ever since

Hi Hayley,
I had an experience similar to yours. I would recommend that you get a Pelvic Pain Specialist in your area if your main concern is the pain. Also, try to supplement with Magnesium Glynicate at nights. It helps tremendously with muscle relaxation and cramping. Lastly, if you like to read I recommend the book "Heal Endo" by Katie Edmonds.
If you ever need someone to reach out to or simply to vent about this my ig is @nicoleibarrap.
Kindly,
Nicole
Also, adding at what Mikka said, I would recommend treating your pelvic nerves first. I got an excision surgery but didn't help with the pain at all because the nerves in my pelvic area were all damaged. Now im getting treated with Gabapentin, Diazepam, and Baclofen suppositories that treat local pain. Try to get to a Pelvic Pain Specialist if your main concern is the pain.
So sorry you’re struggling. I’ve had 4 Laparoscopies for Endometriosis/Scar tissue related problems. The one HUGE piece of advice I wish I would have know prior to my first two surgeries, is not every Surgeon, regardless of how “classified” they say they are, can actually spot and properly remove lesions of Endometriosis. Finding a surgeon who is classified to do a real Excision surgery, where they cut each and every legion completely out of your pelvis/abdomen is life changing and will in turn help preserve fertility/ovary issues. Hope this helps! 💛🎗️
