Any tips on how to keep your spirits up with endo? I was diagnosed September this year by excision surgery but my symptoms have not improved at all and only have became worse. I’m assuming I’ll need another surgery with the Da Vinci to see if any more endo can be found. I was referred to a specialist downstate but the earliest they could get me in was July 2024. First of all, Im sorry to hear that. I know what it feels like and I wish I could give you an easier way to fix your issue, but it's not easy at all. Endo is not easy. For me, it helped me getting closer to God, getting a great support system, and prioritizing and listening to my body's needs. You won't be able to do a "normal" life like everyone around you, but at least it will get better for you. Sending you a big hug.
