I see a natural path and she has tried giving me many supplements over the years. One i use regularly is Magnesium Bisglycinate-relaxes muscles and helps keep bowels moving. I take at bedtime to help with sleep-sometimes it helps others not, but overall it has made an improvement. I have also tried Estrosmart- a daily pill to help level iut hormones naturally. Fir me i did not notice a difference, but i know it does for others. Acupuncture helps too, and is covered for me up to a certain $. I would suggest talking to a Natural path as they wiuld be able to customize your treatment based on symptoms. A friend of mine has tried carrott salad every day (they help stabilize estrogen and get rid of excess). I also recently learned to up fibre intake before ovulation and menstruation as it also helps get rid of the excess estrogen which is in the body at those times and causes extra pain when you have endo. Diet is also a HUGE factor for me in how i feel/pain levels.
I hope something helps?? It IS a bit expensive but worth it if you can find something that helps!!!
