I stopped taking dienogest after a month. I was managing my symptoms quite well before ( with acupuncture and herbal remedies). All my symptoms came back and more, including lower back pain. it took about 6 months for me to get better. If I were you, maybe have your blood checked to see if everything is alright (like kidneys ). A few percent of women can't manage that pill, it wasn't worth taking it any longer. We are all different but I feel you have to check if your quality of life gets better.All the best. Vanessa
