I feel that when I workout i.e doing abs its actually causing me a flare up. Also, I don't know if anybody has this issue but I feel so tired most of the time...and cannot drink coffee either.
I have this issue too especially when doing core related exercises. Yesterday i did a lof of planks side and front, and my pain was much worse in the evening :/ I still do those exercises anyways; because i find that if i avoid them; then i really limit myself. The pain is worse for only a short period of time. Maybe its not best to work through those movements that trigger the pain?
