Hi ladies,

I have been taking Zalkya/Dianogest for 8 months post stage 3 endometriosis surgery. Around 5 months ago, I started to have a sore throat, with sore tongue and dryness in my mouth as well as dry eyes and inside of the nose.

Is this the side effect anyone has experienced while taking dianogest? My consultant doesn't think Zalkya is causing it, but however, I do think it could possibly be as it does suppress the estrogen.

Hi, I took Dienogest for four months and stopped. My main side effects were difficulty sleeping, horrible migraines, breast tenderness and nausea. Just checked through my tracking app, for the first two ish weeks I did write down I was very thirsty but that seemed to have gone away/not been a major issue for me.
